I wanted to show what daily life can feel like for us overthinkers. I am most definitely an overthinker and it is hard to hear any silence at all inside my head. My head is forever giving me lots of worries and anxiety. I know it is something a lot of people experience and I wanted to try and show how it feels in an image, it feels heavy and overwhelming. Hopefully this painting can show some understanding of that and also make people feel like they aren’t alone.
