These prices are based on work painted on thick 300gsm card which will arrive unframed. I can also paint on canvas for a little extra to cover canvas costs. Any work painted on canvas will also be varnished to help protect the painting from dust and UV damage.

All custom work has a 50% deposit, which must be paid before any dates in my dairy are secured. Deposits are none refundable. Custom work takes around 5-14 days to complete, from the start date agreed. I recommend getting booked in at least 4 weeks before you need the painting as my diary is usually booked up a few weeks in advance. The remaining balance for the painting and any extra postage costs should be paid for on completion of the painting, after any adjustments have been made. Full payment must be received before painting is shipped.

When providing reference photos for your painting, please make sure they are of high quality. This means that, details can still be seen when zooming into the image, for example, if it is a picture of a cat, the details in their eyes and nose should still be fully visible when the image is zoomed in. Ideally, the reference photo should be in good lighting too. I can help give pointers on how to take good quality images if need be.

My style is a little cartoony and very whimsical, my style isn’t realism. Please bare this in mind before ordering. I can send work in progress pictures to you throughout the painting process, just ask for this when ordering. However, please bare in mind they are work in progress shots and may not look accurate yet. I can also video parts of the painting process for you if you like for no extra costs, again, just ask for this when ordering.

I may use your reference images on my social media for advertising. I will ask before doing this as I understand some pictures are private and you may not want them shared. Any pictures of the actual painting itself, taken by me, will be used without notice, however if they are for special occasions or a surprise, nothing will be shared until the painting has been received by the recipient and it is your responsibility to make sure I know that they have been ordered as a gift! I wouldn’t want to ruin any surprises.

I cannot accept any returns of custom artwork and I do not tolerate any abuse given either. I will try my hardest to create exactly what you are looking for and will go above and beyond to make any adjustments if necessary, but please remember I am only human. Of course, I am more than happy to share any previous work and samples with you.
